SIR JOE KELLY was fractious in the gate, raced close up inside, angled out for the drive, rallied late and was just up. BIG RED ROBYN lacked speed inside, round room on the rail on the turn, continued inside in the stretch, rallied to the lead between calls in deep stretch and just failed to last. EXTRA FIT lacked speed off the rail and rallied outside for a share. DES ARC set the pace from the inside and weakened. NEW SHOES lacked speed and improved his position. HIDDEN DANGER was never a factor. NO NUMBERS made a bid on the turn but faltered. SILVER DRUMMER lacked speed and showed little. JIM'S BASQUE raced near the middle of the field and gave way. CARTS FORTY MORE tired. BADABOOM raced close up outside and tired. DOWN IN THE DIRT raced close up just outside and gave way. (Race run in lane 2, rail at 0). |
