Footnotes

WHAT U NO settled in midpack early, steadied briefly off heels from the rail while advancing early on the second turn, got through approaching the stretch, dueled inside of the runner up through the lane and got the best of the bob to narrowly prevail. MERRYHADALILWOLF raced four wide entering the first turn, stalked the dueling leaders up the backstretch, made a three wide bid on the second turn, dueled on a narrow lead outside of the winner through the lane but was outnodded on the line. SYCAMORE STU bore out early and was taken back, advanced into midpack on the second turn, finished willingly and was gaining late. LORD MALIBU raced well off the pace to the stretch and found his best stride too late. SATARRA (GB) was bumped leaving the gate and taken back to trail, commenced a rally while six wide on the second turn, loomed a threat outside of the top pair in midstretch but was trying to lug in through the final furlong and could not be hard ridden to the wire. DOC'S MAGIC DREAM broke slowly and was never a factor. DE FRANCO chased the pace around the first turn but began to give way on the backstretch. BRANDISH raced five wide entering the first turn, stalked the pacesetters up the backstretch, made a three wide bid entering the second turn, held a narrow advantage approaching the stretch but faltered through the lane. PEMBROKE RD. dueled along the rail to the stretch before tiring badly. CROWNED STAR dueled outside of PEMBROKE RD. to the second turn, stopped.
