SUAVE METEORITE dueled inside rivals into the initial turn, disposed of foe leaving the backstretch, shook well free and comfortably held under steady handling and right hand urging. DIXIELANDS DEVIL taken in hand and angled over to save ground, later came back out, advanced four wide around final bend and into the lane and was along outside to prove second best. EL AMULETO (ARG) settled off the leaders and outside rival, continued a bit off the fence and gamely secured the show. JEKYLL AND HYDE chased three wide around the initial turn, widest of all down the backstretch, remained off the rail and just missed third. DEVILS ALITO between rivals and outside eventual winner early, dropped back on the backstretch, continued along the rail and weakened. WAGON TRAIN chased from the inside, saved ground throughout but never reached contention. MYTHICAL FLYER caught three wide into the first bend, prompted the pace until late on the backstretch, then lost contact and gave way readily. |

RISKY ENDEAVOR chased between horses or outside a rival, swung a bit wide into the stretch, rallied to the front under urging in deep stretch and pulled clear. DESIRAES MYHOTBABY chased outside on the backstretch, quickly advanced four wide leaving the turn, came in a bit into the stretch, swerved inward on a clear advantage in midstretch and could not hold off the winner. GUIDEBOOK broke slowly, saved ground chasing the pace, came out leaving the turn and into the stretch and picked up the show. BAR GIRL had good early speed and dueled inside a rival on the backstretch and between foes on the turn but weakened in the stretch. ONESASSYLUCKYLADY stalked inside on the backstretch, bid along the rail and dueled on the turn but also weakened in the drive. STAR ODYSSEY ANN dueled outside a rival on the backstretch and three deep on the turn and had little left for the stretch. STRIKING JAKLIN hesitated to be off slowly then drifted out, settled well off the rail, angled in on the turn and was outrun. |

LA SORPRESA (ARG) angled in and stalked inside, bid along the rail into the second turn, took a short lead, drew clear under some urging and was in hand late. PAPIER MACHE hustled to the lead inside early, set the pace a bit off the rail, dueled outside the winner on the second turn, was no match for that one in the stretch but clearly second best. KATE'N AMY pulled a bit early, stalked between horses or outside a rival, angled in on the second turn and held third. CLEVER MISS CAPER angled in on the first turn and saved ground chasing the pace, came out on the second turn and three deep into the stretch and was edged for the show. DEAD CENTRE chased outside, was three deep between foes midway on the backstretch, came four wide into the stretch and weakened. MAMACAFE drifted out into the first turn, moved up four wide on the backstretch, stalked outside, dropped back on the second turn, gave way and was eased late. |
