OPENFORJOY showed early foot, saved ground around the turn and faltered. JOSIE'S PEAK was outrun. SUAVE LASS failed to menace. SUGAR MAMA was outrun. TALKING CLUES chased the pace off the rail into the stretch, faded and was eased in the final eighth. |

QUANNAPOWITT showed speed along the inside, responded when challenged by TWO CENTSWORTH in midstretch and continued on gamely while just being edged to the wire. CLINTS WAY well placed along the inside, couldn't keep pace with the top ones in the drive while gaining the show. FORMOSA STRAIT failed to menace. DOUBLE E DOUBLE L chased the pace between horses and tired. CONQUER THE DEVIL was outrun. MR. OCTOBER raced four wide and failed to be a factor. HAM'S OUR MAN chased the leaders three wide around the turn and faltered. FOXS GOLD DIGGER showed little while racing four wide. |

KICKEN KRIS reserved after being checked in traffic leaving the chute, angled to the outside in the stretch and rallied to be up late. FORTUNE WRITERS rated off the pace, eased outside the leaders in the stretch, rallied to get his nose in front nearing the finish but was just edged to the wire. SAILAWAY set the pace along the rail, drew clear in midstretch, then gave way in the final strides. SHIRE checked in behind TO GOD'S EARS leaving the chute, saved ground into the stretch, angled out for racing room and didn't do enough late. BEST MINISTER chased the pacesetter for more than a mile and weakened. SHOP HILL bumped with SOY FAMOSO in the early going, raced four wide on the far turn and had no late response. TO GOD'S EARS checked to avoid hitting the rail leaving the chute, tracked the pace along the inside to midstretch and tired. LESSONS ARE EXTRA was never a factor. RILEYS RANSOM raced in striking position three wide into the far turn and faltered. SOY FAMOSO bumped with SHOP HILL and bobbled in the early going, then was outrun. |

LAKE BREEZE vied for the lead along the inside into the stretch, then drew away under urging. CABOT TRAIL well placed in behind the leaders racing off the rail, closed to be up for the place while no match for the winner. PLAUSIBLE chased the pace along the inside into the stretch and weakened. ALL LINE reserved racing off the pace, angled out for the stretch run and closed with a mild rally. REALLY TRAVELING vied for the lead outside LAKE BREEZE to the top of the stretch and gave way. ASSUMED RISK unhurried after being steadied from tight quarters soon after the start, swung out for the stretch run and passed tired rivals. TIMELY FORTUNE off slowly, saved ground and failed to rally. RUE'S REBEL was outrun. CAYMUS showed little after breaking slowly. FAST DEPARTURE steadied from tight quarters entering the turn and was not a factor. KEEP MOVING ON raced three wide and faltered. |
