SCHOOLS OUT raced four wide near the middle of the field, and made a bid in the stretch but flattened out. PORT LOCKROY was always outrun. RED ROMPIN RASCAL raced close up three wide and dropped back steadily. WHY NOT raced close up just outside and gave way. |

MISS LEGEND bobbled just out of the gate, set the pace from the inside, fought back gamely after being headed then came out just before the wire to bother GAELIC MISS. GAELIC MISS raced close up just outside, headed the winner on the final turn then could not hold that one off while being bumped and offstrided late. SWEET BABY JANE raced off the rail near the middle of the field and belatedly gained a share. INIS was never a factor. STORMYBDANCING raced close up off the rail and tired. MORTY'S LEGACY was always outrun. KATEE JEAN was also outrun. RARE JADE was never close. AFTER A CLAIM OF FOUL BY THE RIDER OF GAELIC MISS, MISS LEGEND WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM FIRST AND PLACED SECOND FOR INTERFERENCE NEARING THE WIRE. |
