LAST SERENADE set a pressured pace from the inside, drew clear in upper stretch and was kept to a drive to hold sway. KATJA CAT was unhurried early then rallied four wide on the far turn, lugged in slightly in late stretch and was second best. TOO KOOL JEWEL was unhurried early then rallied three wide on the turn, was making a move then was squeezed in late stretch and lacked a late bid. SHAUN BASHAUN pressed the pace while three wide, made a bid on the turn then weakened in the stretch drive. FLASHTHEMEMORY was unhurried early then made a late gain in the stretch while outside and was no threat. ADMIRALITY DRIVE rallied on the inside on the far turn, continued that bid to upper stretch then came up empty in late stretch. COURTLY GAL was no factor. WANT LOVE was used up early and stopped. PAT'S SILVER QUEEN was outrun and bore out on the far turn. WILD FRIENDS pressed the pace while two wide, was used up and stopped. A claim of foul was lodged by the rider of TOO KOOL JEWEL against the rider of the KATJA CAT for interference in late stretch.
