SLEW HUNTER was inside and saving ground then rallied after being blocked on the far turn, split horses in upper stretch and was gaining ground in late stretch but was no threat to the top two. TAZ DIABLO rallied three wide on the far turn, made a bid to upper stretch then flattened out in the stretch. STEEL WOOL was angled out sharply going into the first turn then failed to menace. GONE TO DIXIE dueled for the lead while on the inside and gave way on the far turn. ROSTRAL chased the pace while two wide, made a bid on the far turn then flattened out in the stretch. SUZIE'S MONSTER stumbled at the start, then came three wide into the lane while advancing, hit the front past the sixteenth pole and held sway late to prove best, driving. TIMESAROLLIN was reserved early, came four wide into the stretch to close well late. SMELLY MOUNTAIN dueled for the early lead on the inside and faded late. CLASS BE READY pressed the early pace and made a bid on the far turn, but weakened. LIGHTNING TAB chased the early pace four wide but had no rally. RYAN'S SPECIAL stalked the early pace three wide and weakened. TIME FOR PHILIP dropped back. CAPTAIN BOO was allowed to settle early, made a four wide move to loom boldly at the top of the stretch, but weakened. ZERO U failed to menace.

MOVING FEVER vied for the lead from the inside, drew off in the middle of the turn then was headed just before mid stretch then responded with strong energy and drew off late. IRISH OF DOBBIN vied for the lead while three wide, dropped back on the turn then came again in late stretch while three wide and was second best. VALID DESIRE was settled then rallied four wide on the turn, made a strong bid to mid stretch while putting a nose in front just before mid stretch then failed to sustained that bid in late stretch. MISS AWANA was unhurried early then made a late four wide rally in the stretch but was no threat. GRACEFUL CADY bore in at the backstretch gap and was steadied then saved ground on the turn and was no threat. FOREVER NAEVUS was angled in on the turn down then backstretch then swung out four wide at the 1/4 pole and came up empty in the stretch drive. GLAMOUR GAL vied for the lead from between rivals, was used up and stopped in the stretch.
