SKY RAISE was unhurried early, looped rivals six wide out of the second turn, drifted in while challenging for the lead through the furlong grounds then edged clear late. KAMIKAZE COYOTE stalked the early leaders, bid three wide after six furlongs to gain a short lead into the stretch, resisted the winner well to late then hung while saving the place. ROYAL ESCAPADE made a middle move then was blocked and forced to take up and alter course when after lacking sufficient racing room between the top two horses in the furlong grounds and finished willingly once clear. DEEBAR set the pace to the quarter pole then gave way grudgingly. EVOLUTIONARY was forwardly placed, got through inside out of the second turn to be a threat along the rail a furlong out then weakened. SEYMOURA ME pressed the pace for six furlongs then gave way. BLAZING SUN raced evenly. TOMARS LAST BIRDIE raced closed up four wide to the second turn then faded. MR. MIGHTY COYOTE showed little. CHARMING HERO was no factor. |

HEY BAJAGALOOP was never far back, bid four wide out of the turn to gain a clear lead then was roused to hold sway. SPRINGFIELD BOY was void of early speed, fanned five wide for the drive then was up for the place. SONOFAWAC bobbled after the break, advanced to mid stretch but failed to sustain that rally late. ANYTIME EDDIE made an inside middle move, angled to the middle of the track after a half but came up empty. HANGTIME raced evenly. ROYAL T. K. O. rushed to the lead early but had little left in the drive. O HOWEY BEATUM was through after a half. |

BRIGHT DIPLOMAT stalked the pace four wide, was no match for the winner but was best of the rest. GALLAPIAT'S FAME was well placed but failed to gain in the drive. EXPECTED TEMPER passed tiring rivals. STINKE PANT'S chased early, got through inside to challenge passing the quarter pole then weakened in the final furlong. GINGER SPIN failed to menace. LYLLE was through after a half. LOVER'S VENDETTA trailed. |
