JAZZ JAZZ JAZZ broke alertly, was rated between horses, took the lead three wide on the turn, was urged clear in the lane and held off B J'S BLACK GOLD under a drive. B J'S BLACK GOLD was settled not far off the rail, swung out four wide for room in the upper stretch, closed fast but was too late. I SIYAH DANCING trailed well off the rail through the early going, picked up her pace three out on the turn, angled outside with B J'S BLACK GOLD in the upper stretch and closed well five wide to pull clear for the show. DESERT WOLF GIRL disputed the pace between horses through the turn, could not contain JAZZ JAZZ JAZZ in the stretch and wore down late to lose position. TESSE JO set a pressured pace inside to the turn then gave way. FIVE WISHES pressed the pace from outside on the backstretch, went for the lead four out on the turn but flattened out between rivals in the lane. GLOWING MISS was a brief factor inside, faltered on the turn and was eased the final furlong. |

CASH FEVER bumped with PEACHES N SCHEMES at the start, was settled just off the rail, angled outside WEST ALLIS going toward the eighth pole, closed with a rush under a drive, swept past SNOWBOUND NATIVE in the waning yards and drove clear. PEACHES N SCHEMES bumped at the start, trailed early running off the rail, swung out five wide into the stretch, rallied outside the rest in the drive and caught SNOWBOUND NATIVE for second at the wire. SNOWBOUND NATIVE bobbled at the start, was rushed up between horses, took the lead on the turn and moved to the rail, widened her lead in the lane but did not have enough left. WEST ALLIS broke alertly, was soon engaged by PERSISTANCE PAYS and SNOWBOUND NATIVE, could not contain the latter three wide on the turn and wore down the last eighth between rivals. MY FREEDOM pressed the pace from outside, took the turn four wide, steadied in crowding into the stretch, faded and was in hand and allowed to coast the last eighth. PERSISTANCE PAYS disputed the pace just inside WEST ALLIS, was shuffled back between horses on the turn, moved outside and came up empty for the drive. TELLING NOTE, void of speed outside, bore out into the turn and failed to respond in the lane. |

INNOCENT WITHIN shared the lead well off the rail while in hand, took a slight advantage rounding the turn four to five wide, was asked to run into the stretch, regained the lead at the sixteenth pole and was driven clear. MADIGAN disputed the pace just off the rail, took a slight lead into the stretch, fought gamely in the drive but did not have enough left the last sixteenth. RILEY JAMES was well placed between horses from the beginning but lacked a rally not far off the rail in the lane. SHEERSOX was taken toward the inside going to the turn, provided a mild bid along the rail in the lane and made up ground late. PAHSIMEROI SMOKE void of speed while hustled along on the backstretch, lost ground six wide on the turn, showed a willingness to run in the lane but lugged in some late. RAKHMONES broke alertly, was soon pressing the pace from outside, failed to keep up four wide on the turn and finished evenly between rivals in the drive. STORM CAT LARRY raced in the second flight outside, went for the lead five wide on the turn but flattened out in the lane. WOODSIE'S SMOKIN was an outside factor in the early going, advanced four wide on the turn but came up empty between horses in the lane, lost his path late and moved outside PAHSIMEROI SMOKE. PRINCE OF EXPERTS steadily faded inside. |

MYSTERIOUS MIST was rated toward the outside on the backstretch, angled in on the turn, moved off the rail going toward the eighth pole, rallied between rivals and caught ENCE CREEK and YEREVAN EXPRESS at the wire. YEREVAN EXPRESS set the pace just off the rail, widened his lead on the turn, drifted out into the stretch, fought gamely through the lane but had to settle for second best. ENCE CREEK was well placed from the early going, advanced inside on the turn, battled with YEREVAN EXPRESS in the lane, had a slight advantage to the waning yards but was outfinished. GO SCOTTY was soon chasing the pace from outside, lost ground six wide on the turn and could only make up minor ground late outside the rest. DEANS FLIER was hustled along between horses from the early going but lacked a rally three out in the lane. CAPTAIN JIMBOB prompted the pace between horses, failed to keep up five wide on the turn then flattened out for the drive. CIDER moved outside nearing the turn and lacked a response behind CAPTAIN JIMBOB in the lane. WHAT A FALSTAFF was a brief factor outside but came up empty five wide leaving the turn. FREE JAZZ was put to the whip on the backstretch, raced wide and showed little. |

GRAB THE LADY was settled outside, went for the lead five wide on the second turn, took over in the upper stretch, was under a drive past midstretch, drew off and was taken in hand nearing the wire. PALERMO (MEX) pressed KEEP ON ROCKIN from just outside, took the lead briefly three wide on the second turn, was no match for GRAB THE LADY in the lane and just lasted for the place. SIRENA SWEET chased the pace from outside, lost ground six wide on the second bend, lacked a rally in the lane but was getting to the tiring PALERMO (MEX) late. FLO'S LIL LADY was well placed inside through the early going, could not keep up on the second turn and raced evenly the last two furlongs. ESCOCIA (MEX) was outrun off the rail to the second turn and only passed between tired ones through the stretch. CITY LOOT raced in contention between rivals for six furlongs then flattened out. INVINCIBLE NATIVE stayed with CITY LOOT from just inside to the second turn then gave way. KEEP ON ROCKIN set the pace inside, could not sustain her speed on the second turn and faltered into the stretch. WINNING GENES was a brief contender but faded between rivals going to the second turn. |

| Footnotes
|
ROBLEDO was rated along the rail, boxed in behind SIBERLAND on the backstretch, got through two wide on the second turn, went for the lead in close quarters outside SIBERLAND under an intermittent left whip, took the advantage at the sixteenth pole and began to inch clear. SIBERLAND broke alertly, set the pace just off the rail, moved to the rail going to the end of the first half mile, was engaged by ROBLEDO on the second turn, put to the whip into the stretch, fought gamely in close quarters through the stretch, did not have enough left late but was easily second best. DOUBLE INTRIGUE forced the pace from outside through the second turn, was no match for the top pair in the drive but was unchallenged for the show. KIMBERLEYWITHANEEH bobbled and was steadied at the start, allowed to settle and never a factor running off the rail. AIMEES PRIDE prompted the pace between rivals to the second turn then gave way. |

CENTURY CITY (IRE) was kept close while boxed inside behind the pacesetters, waited for room through the second turn, altered out five wide in the upper stretch, split rivals nearing the sixteenth marker, took over under a drive shortly thereafter and held on under steady hand urging. IRISH WARRIOR was rated between horses through the first half mile, lost ground five wide on the second turn, floated out further into the stretch, battled for the lead the final furlong but did not have enough nearing the wire. HATAAB was settled off the rail for more than a half mile, lost considerable ground fanning out seven wide into the stretch, rallied the final furlong and got up for third. THADY QUILL was boxed in between rivals on the backstretch and through the second turn, split foes two wide going toward the eighth pole, took the advantage briefly but began to wear down nearing the wire. DUKE OF GREEN (GB) moved up outside FREE CORONA on the backstretch to contest the pace three wide past midstretch but also weakened inside the last sixteenth. FREE CORONA vied for the lead outside NIGHT PATROL for nearly seven furlongs but weakened between horses the last eighth. PREMEDITATION steadied back from tight quarters nearing the first turn, altered inside, made up ground along the rail on the second turn but raced evenly through the stretch. EAGLETON was kept close outside DUKE OF GREEN (GB), commenced his bid four wide on the second turn but could not sustain it in the lane and faded between rivals. NIGHT PATROL broke alertly, took the rail going to the first turn, disputed the pace through the second turn but came up empty for the stretch run. |
