A FLASH OF GREEN pressed the pace racing three wide on the backstretch, went clear midway on the turn, widened while drifting out a bit in upper stretch, prevailed under left handed urging. RISING FEVER settled off the early pace, raced three wide while maintaining his position on the turn, improved position entering the stretch, finished evenly and just saved second. I SEE THE CAT pressed the pace from between rivals on the backstretch, dropped back on the turn, came again along the rail and just missed second. J. P. SANDS chased the pace from the rail to the stretch before giving way. MISSILERY set the pace from the rail to the turn, was overtaken by the winner early on the bend and tired through the stretch. EASTERN ALL STAR was outrun.

Race Summary

GRINGO JOE was steadied leaving the gate and dropped back, raced five wide on the turn and seven wide entering the stretch, closed willingly through the final furlong and was up at the wire despite failing to switch leads through the drive. CHINOOK TO KNIGHT raced in midpack early, made a bid approaching the stretch, kicked clear in upper stretch, continued willingly but was caught in the last jump. BLAZING SEVEN raced four wide while between rivals on the turn, had a mild rally through the drive to gain third. Race Summary

TYPICAL BRAGG raced five wide tracking the pace to the stretch, rallied willingly through the lane and was up late under left handed urging. CORA'S RIB chased the pacesetter while four wide on the turn, bid outside that rival approaching the stretch, fought to a narrow advantage from between rivals late and just missed. VANDANIERE set the pace while being kept in the three path on the turn, fought on willingly inside of the runner up through the drive but was outfinished late. LADY HURRICANE was slow into stride from the rail, raced five wide while advancing on the turn, finished fastest and just missed third. ALL FOR ONE raced well off the pace to the stretch and passed only tired rivals. GYPSY JUNE chased the pace racing between rivals on the turn, gave way through the lane. BACK STAGE HARLOT was never a factor. LEADING PROSPECT was outrun. UNREAL DREAM raced close up from the rail to the turn, gave way steadily thereafter. RUMOR DENIDE raced close up early, dueled outside of R. S. BUCKS on the turn, kicked clear in upper stretch and prevailed under steady handling. WARPFACTORTEN BRAG hopped leaving the gate and was away slowly, advanced into midpack while racing four wide on the turn, rallied willingly through the lane and was cutting into the winner's advantage late. R. S. BUCKS set the early pace, dueled inside of the winner on the turn, couldn't keep pace in upper stretch and weakened. KIRISON chased the pacesetters racing off the inside to the stretch before weakening through the lane. NOW NAVAJO raced well back to the stretch before passing a couple of tired foes. SLEW O' ASTI showed little. ONE MORE BRAGG was outrun. BEST BIRD raced close up from the rail to the turn before tiring. MY MAGIC INDIAN raced in midpack on the backstretch before dropping back.
