remained clear to the wire under urging. MOMENT OF SONG outrun after breaking
slowly, saved ground and rallied along the inside to be up for the place. THATS
DANNYS BUCK off slowly, was rated in striking position off the pace, angled out
for the drive and closed with a mild response while being edged for the place.
SAVANNAH'S SON failed to menace. ARTWORK chased the winner to inside the eighth
pole and tired. EROTICO chased the pace three wide to midstretch and faltered.

weakened. SHEBA POWER off slowly, raced in striking position into the stretch
and tired. BENJAMIN SWANSON showed brief foot along the inside and faltered.

INFLICT steadied leaving the chute and was done early. WHAT A WAY was outrun

the far turn and opened a clear lead, then was fully extended to prevail.
MAXINKUCKEE tracked the pace three wide into the stretch, then didn't do enough
late while holding the place. GOLD WAY WEST rated off the pace, angled out for
the drive and closed ground late to be up for the show. WINGBROOK off slowly,
was steadied to avoid running up on rivals approaching the end of the
backstretch, raced four wide on the far turn and improved his position without
threatening. U MADEA FORTUNE failed to menace. A. J. MELINI well placed while
saving ground, tired in the drive. BLAME IT ON BEAU was not a factor. CAPROCK
set the pace along the rail into the far turn and faltered.

PLEASANT GLORY vied for the lead along the rail to nearing the sixteenth pole,
then drew clear under pressure. EASY LASSIE moved up to vie for the lead outside
PLEASANT GLORY, contested the pace to inside the eighth pole, then couldn't stay
with the winner while clearly second best. HONORABLE GAL rated off the pace
after being checked when caught in tight entering the first turn, angled out for
the stretch run and closed to gain the show. INLET allowed to settle, passed
tired rivals without threatening. PRINCESS MARLIN unhurried early, made a run
three wide down the backstretch and into the far turn to reach contention, then
tired in the drive. LADY LIVINGSTON dwelt at the start and was not a factor. ONE
NEAT TRICK failed to menace. WANDASSILVERSTREAK was outrun. MUSICAL PIROUETTE
showed early foot and faltered. SARATOGA SPRING steadied in traffic on the first
turn and was through after a half mile. LIEUTENANT LORETA well placed early,
faded.

SUPER FROLIC rated off the pace, rallied three wide on the far turn to reach
even terms for command at the quarter pole, dueled with VERKADE to deep stretch
and edged away. The latter, set the pace under pressure along the inside,
responded when challenged by SUPER FROLIC on the far turn, then was edged to the
wire in the closing strides after a prolonged duel. MUCH RESPECT reserved off
the pace, made a run four wide on the far turn to reach the leaders, then tired
in the drive. ROMOLO'S FRITZI allowed to settle, raced three wide on the far
turn and faltered. BLACK MAMBO saved ground and failed to be a factor. PREDAWN
RAID pressed the pace outside VERKADE into the far turn, faded and was eased in
the final eighth.
