A LADY'S CARESS broke alertly to sprint to a clear lead soon after the start, set the balance of the pace and widened to win as much the best while being ridden out. RUNAWAY FROZE well placed, gave up some ground before a half then came on again late and finished clear for second. RAMBLIN GYPSY offered a bid before a half then finished evenly. DWENDI chased the winner into the stretch then weakened. COZY CON close up early, faded. SILVER BUTTONS had brief speed. YOU P. S. was outrun. FLEET DEED was never involved. CARRIE ME BACK went to her knees at the start then failed to reach contention.
