the sixteenth pole and drove clear. MY EXPLOSIVE STAR well placed just off the
rail, made the lead in the upper stretch but was out finished. VAI VIA moved up
three and four wide, closed willingly. SHELTER'S NO FOOL set the pace inside,
dug in upper stretch, weakened the last sixteenth. RAP well positioned inside,
lacked a closing bid. WILD OVER IAN failed to menace. GRACEFUL DEVIL close up
three wide for three quarters, faded through the stretch. GENERAL MILL hard used
three wide, tired. SILENT STREAKER never was a factor and slowed to a walk
through the stretch.
