ROYAL ACT ranged up three wide around the turn, gained the lead in late stretch
and drove clear. UPINDEED pressed the pace just off the rail, made the lead on
the turn but was out finished. WELL'SFARGOEXPRESS advanced four wide to have aim
in the upper stretch, hung. EXIT CARD well placed inside, angle out for the
drive, steadied nearing the sixteenth pole, had room to split rivals but altered
out and was too late. LAST KHAL found his best stride late four wide. TEN POUND
BAY set the pace along the rail, gave way in the drive. YES I CAN stalked the
pace inside, failed to respond. HARVEYS HAMMERBACK forced the pace from the
inside, faded through the stretch. COZY CAT was no factor three wide. FOXS FINAL
ANSWER stopped after a half along the inside and was not abused through the
stretch. The rider of EXIT CARD claimed foul against the winner alleging
interference nearing the sixteenth pole but that claim was no allowed by the
Stewards after a review of the video tape replays.

SKIP THE PROMISE bore out at the start, set the pace under heavy pressure, moved
clear late under a strong drive. LIKE THIS six wide down the backstretch, bid
four wide around the turn to have aim but hung in the drive. PERFECT BUSINESS
three wide along the backstretch, rallied five wide on the turn then made a mild
gain in the drive. CONFIDENZA pressed the pace three wide, lacked a late
response. LADY SOPHISTICATE prompted the pace four wide, dropped to the rail
around the turn, lacked a closing bid. ALLSWELLENDSWELL ducked out and bumped
with MINERGRAM at the start, advanced three wide, angled to the rail early
stretch but was no threat. TEA TIME TOMORROW saved ground to no avail. STARSHIP
WONDER rushed up down the backstretch five wide, flattened out. MINERGRAM broke
awkwardly and was bumped at the start, showed little. MISS BERAVEN was used up
after a half along the rail.

become a factor on the turn and finished strongly while bumped in late stretch.
LOVE FOR LUCY moved up three and four wide, made the lead around the turn, was
lugging out in late stretch, bumped with MISS ROBERSON and missed. MISS ROBERSON
advanced just off the rail, angled out for the drive, was bumped and forced to
steady in late stretch. SISTY ANNE prompted the pace three wide, lacked a late
late bid. CEDAR RUNS CASE stalked the pace five wide then failed to respond
late. WHO'S YA MAMA well placed inside, had no rally when it counted. SWEET
ANNUITY alternated on the lead early, kept pace down the backstretch, fell back
around the turn. PETES HICK CHICK hard used making the lead on the backstretch,
gave way in the drive. The rider of MISS ROBERSON claimed foul against both LOVE
FOR LUCY and SHESANOTHERGRUMP alleging interference in late stretch The Stewards
reviewed the video tape replays and agreed that LOVE FOR LUCY bothered MISS
ROBERSON in late stretch and disqualified that one and placed her fourth. The
however held SHESANOTHERGRUMP blameless.

furious rally gained the lead in deep stretch and drove clear. CAPE KID set the
pace on a long lead, shortened stride through the stretch but held second. JIM

up four wide, dropped to the rail on the turn, finished well. LOUD AND SILENT

MAJESTY'S WORD stalked the pace four wide, bid around the turn, veered out in
the upper stretch under left handed whipping, veered back in mid stretch under
right handed urging, was straightened then got up on the wire. CARNIE'S MOON
ducked in and bumped with QUOIT AMBER at the start, was with the pace along the
inside, gained a brief lead nearing the sixteenth pole but missed in a good
effort. COCORITE bobbled then bumped with QUOIT AMBER at the start, set the pace
but weakened the last sixteenth. QUOIT AMBER off a step slow and bump from both
sides at the start, rallied three wide around the turn but failed to sustain her
bid. AMSTEL RIVER forced the pace four wide, moved to the inside on the turn,
lacked a closing bid. COVEY OF DOVE failed to menace four wide. GRANNY'S DREAM
was no factor four wide. HIGH TONE DIAMOND was used up after a half three wide.
ENTANGLEMENT broke in a tangle then showed little. PRIVATE POLYNESIAN went to
her nose at the start, prompted the pace then had little left after a half along
the inside.
