| Race Summary |
|---|
GOLDEN FOIL reserved in the early going, while saving ground, made a strong move
on the outside around the final turn and pulled away down the final stretch.
DESIARD raced in the middle of the pack in the early part, made a late bid, took
the advantage, couldn't match strides with the winner late, but was a clear
second. MAC'S MARK raced near the rear in the beginning, moved up and finished
evenly. SKY MART went to the front, opened up, saved ground and tired. GREAT
ADVANTAGE pressed the early pace, then weakened. SHARP SAILOR void of early
speed and was never a threat. COACH GAY'S DAY always raced near the back and
showed little. STAR ARMED raced within contention, looked rough down the final
stretch and pulled up lame.
