CULMEN (ARG) chased outside on the backstretch, split horses on the turn, came
outside a rival into the stretch, rallied to the front past midstretch and
pulled clear under steady handling. ADOPTING HABIT chased off the rail, angled
in leaving the turn, waited briefly for room in deep stretch then got through
along the fence to gain the place. GASSAN HONEY went up inside to duel for
command, inched clear into the stretch, came a bit off the rail past midstretch
and held third. WHIRLY WIND saved ground stalking the pace, came out into the
stretch and again in upper stretch and just missed the show. ARCHIE'S DREAM
unhurried off the rail on the backstretch, angled in and split foes on the turn,
found the rail in the stretch and improved position. AVENUEOFKNOWLEDGE angled in
and dueled three deep, came into the stretch four wide and weakened. CRYSTAL
CLASS vied for command between horses on the backstretch and turn, came out into
the stretch and also weakened. LEAR NOTE chased outside on the backstretch and
three deep on the turn and had little left for the stretch. DESTINYS ISLAND
squeezed at the start, settled off the rail, angled in some on the turn, came
out in the stretch and was not a factor. DARN YANKEE between horses early,
chased off the rail, continued outside on the turn and gave way. ADIOS BABY
angled in and saved ground chasing the pace to no avail. MARQUEE AFFAIR dropped
back off the rail soon after the start and was always outrun.

midstretch and rallied under urging to get up late. SECURE LINE had good early
speed and dueled between horses, continued off the rail leaving the turn, fought
back toward the inside when headed in the stretch, regained the lead past
midstretch but was caught late. CHAUNCEY dueled three deep on the backstretch
and turn, put a head in front outside the runner-up in midstretch but could not
match the top pair late while drifting out some and just held third. SHADES OF
DIXIE off a bit slowly, settled just out from the inside, swung to the far
outside in upper stretch and found his best stride late near the outer rail.
ATHLETE bobbled a bit in the first stride, had speed four wide then stalked
outside, continued three deep on the turn and into the stretch and could not
offer the necessary late response. BROTHER ROY chased three deep on the
backstretch and turn, angled in some in the stretch and lacked the needed rally.
HOMELAND settled between horses chasing the pace, also angled inward in the
stretch and also could not summon the necessary late kick. KEEP ON PUNCHING went
up inside to duel for command, dropped back leaving the turn and weakened.
FUNGEE between horses early, chased a bit off the rail then inside on the turn
and into the stretch and did not rally.

stretch and rallied under urging to get up late. JIPAPIBAQUIGRAFO was in a good
position stalking the pace three deep, bid outside a rival into the stretch,
gained the lead and inched away in midstretch but could not quite hold off the
winner. WANTED MAN (IRE) saved ground off the pace, split horses into the last
turn, came three deep into the stretch and finished well. SKYWALKER RED took the
early lead and angled in, set a moderate pace along the inside and weakened in
the final furlong. SUBLET (FR) off a bit slowly, stalked three deep then between
foes on the clubhouse turn, angled in on the backstretch, came out in upper
stretch and lacked the needed late kick. PRAIRIE PREDATOR between horses early,
chased a bit off the rail, came out into the stretch and did not rally. THEATRE
SCRIPT stalked a bit off the rail then between horses, went three deep on the
clubhouse turn, continued off the inside on the final turn and weakened. THUNDER
TWICE saved ground tracking the pace, dropped back leaving the backstretch and
had little left.

place. CHARLIES GOOD GIRL a bit washy at the gate, was sent to the early lead
and angled in, dueled inside on the backstretch, kicked clear midway on the
second turn, battled inside the winner into the stretch, then could not match
that one and just lost second. LADY CONTINENTAL chased outside then angled in on
the backstretch, moved up inside on the second turn, swung out into the stretch
and lacked the needed late kick. AUSSIE GIRL unhurried outside a rival, came out
some in the stretch and improved position. NELLIE L came out into the first
turn, chased outside, came a bit wide into the stretch and did not rally.
KRISMAS allowed to lag back inside, came out some in the stretch and failed to
menace. DANMARK (ARG) chased inside then outside a rival, came three deep into

SHORT ROUTE saved ground stalking the pace, bid along the rail in the stretch,
gained a short lead in deep stretch and gamely prevailed. MISS C CONTINENTAL
dueled between horses on the backstretch and turn, put a head in front three
deep in midstretch and continued willingly to the wire. LUNAR FLIGHT went up
inside to duel for command, came a bit off the rail into the stretch, battled
between foes through the final furlong and also continued gamely to the end.
HOUSE OF DANZING forced the pace four wide on the backstretch and three deep on
the turn, came out a bit into the stretch and could not match the top trio.
IRISH MAFIA stalked between horses then outside a rival on the turn, came out
four wide into the stretch and could not summon the necessary late kick.
MEMORETTE shut off at the start, settled off the rail, came four wide into the
stretch and improved position. UNUSUAL SPRING slow into stride, settled well off
the inside, angled in on the turn and did not rally. SPRINGISINTHEAIR broke

GOLDEN SOUVENIR stalked the pace off the rail, bid three deep leaving the turn,
gained the advantage into the stretch, brushed with the runner-up in upper
stretch but pulled clear under some urging. WHATA SOLDIER dueled outside a rival
then between horses leaving the turn and into the stretch, brushed with the
winner in upper stretch, could not match that one but held second. DATTICUS
settled off the rail, moved up four wide then three deep on the turn and into
the stretch and picked up the show. CYCLOTRON went up inside to duel for
command, fought back along the rail on the turn and weakened in the final
furlong. GATHERING GOLD off a bit slowly, settled out from the inside, angled in
leaving the backstretch, swung four wide into the stretch and was not a threat.
CYBER CITY SLEW chased four wide on the backstretch and three deep on the turn
and weakened. FOREST WAY saved ground stalking the pace, came out into the
stretch and also weakened. SALEEK chased three deep then off the rail, angled in
on the turn and did not rally. RHYTHM KING chased between horses then outside a
rival, found the rail on the turn and weakened. ROCKIN CHAIR broke alertly and
was sent along but dropped back when a bit green early, settled off the rail and
was outrun.
