Race Summary

MOCHA'S EGO unhurried, rallied mid track and proved clearly bet. STORM BOLT sprinted clear early, opened up turning for home, faltered late and then lasted for second. SIR CAT'S BOY close up from the inside, eased out for the drive and then lacked the needed finish. GLAD YOU DANCE showed speed to the turn and then tired. CONNIE'S DEPUTY raced wide and was no real threat. HARLANSWITCH hopped at the break and was outrun. RITA'S KRUGERAND broke awkwardly when his rider was not prepared for the break, was pulled up quickly and then was declared a non-starter. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS INQUIRY INTO THE START OF THE RACE, ALL MONIES WAGERED ON RITA'S KRUGERAND WERE REFUNDED.

BELIEVE ITS BROOKE allowed to settle, rallied outside approaching the second turn, responded to strong handling and got up in the final strides. LUCKY KOO sprinted clear early, set the pace and then could not hold on. FRANKIE AND ME devoid speed, rallied outside and got up for third. A C'S NURSE trailed for over a half, split foes around the second turn, moved up in mid stretch and then failed to sustain her bid. PRINCESS PAYTON back early, rallied wide and had no final kick. Race Summary

SOUTHERN BOY reserved along the inside, eased out before the drive, rallied mid track and proved clearly best. IRISH DECOR stalked MONDAY NITE MAC from early on, bid outside that one a quarter out, gained the edge a sixteenth out and then was no match late. SHOT FOR SHOT raced wide and was along for third. KATE'S FRIEND unhurried, advanced along the rail around the turn, got steered out in the lane and closed mildly. BAG OF SNOW forwardly placed, loomed three wide turning for home and then failed to sustain his bid. MONDAY NITE MAC sprinted clear early, responded when collared, fought back and then faltered late. EXCELL WHY NOT reserved early, lacked a serious rally. PRINCE ANTE trailed until the drive and was no threat. HONCHO PONCHO showed little. MAJOR FORBES showed speed to the turn and then gave way.
