LUCKY POET settled off the rail, moved up three wide around the turn, bid
outside A BAG OF PORPOURIE entering the drive, surged clear and proved best
while kept to the task. ANTE MIA close up, raced inside around the turn, was
switched out for the drive and while no match for the winner was best of the
rest. QUEEN OF THE MT. saved ground and got up for third. A BAG OF PORPOURIE
angled in to vie for the lead, shook clear around the turn, got overtaken for
the drive and then weakened late. TOOLIGHTTODANCE hustled early, moved out
around the turn and then lacked a finish. BATTLE BUNKER was outrun. COURTNEY'S
EXPRESS showed little. WAY CON SUE showed speed to the turn and then stopped.
HOUR SPECIAL LADY was always back.

BOB ROY sprinted clear early, opened up nearing mid stretch and remained clear
under strong handling. TOI FUND devoid speed, advanced nearing the drive, split
foes inside the furlong grounds and was game for second. ZEUQRAM'S DONDI back
early, rallied mid track and hung late. DEE'S REBEL eased to the inside early,
angle out turning for home and then could make little impact. GOLDEN JET EYE
raced inside to the drive, was switched out in the drive and closed mildly. ONE
TOUGH SOMETHIN crossed to the inside before the turn, raced close up and then
tired. CRAFTY COURSE chased BOB ROY until upper stretch and weakened. RUN LITTLE
RICHIE wide early, faded. AZLE was always back. BEND THE TRACK fractious in the
gate, was no factor. BLUE BUG showed little. ZARB'S PET showed early speed and
then stopped.

up before mid stretch and gradually increased her lead. QUEEN MORGAN unhurried
early, split foes entering the second turn, angled out for the drive and closed
gamely to get up for second. ANTE OAKLEE saved ground from early on, moved
around JILL OF SLADES entering the drive, moved back to the inside and was along
for third. ALL LUCKY FAB well back until before the drive, passed beaten foes.
DIAL FOR ME drifted out bumping BELEK'S PRINCESS after the break, was
straightened, settled until before the second turn, made a run around the turn
and then flattened out. MISS NECOLE showed speed to the drive and then faltered.
RULE THE ICE raced wide and was outrun. HELLO HEAVEN showed little. JILL OF
SLADES sprinted clear early, got overtaken midway down the backstretch and then
dropped back turning for home. THIRTEENTH HOUR restrained early while up close,
stopped badly midway around the second turn.
